GROUP FITNESS TRAININGWe believe that everyone has the right to access qualified and experienced fitness professionals without the associated high price tag. That’s why we’ve created our CQT for Me group fitness training program. There are currently six CQT for Me group fitness training sessions each week, all held at Roma St Parklands. You can choose to attend as many sessions as you wish each week for the one low weekly fee, or attend a session at our casual rate. This means that you can have your very own fitness professional by your side every time you exercise! Each CQT for Me group fitness session is instructed by one of our fully qualified exercise physiologists or personal trainers – all you need to do is turn up and we take care of the rest! Because we plan and supervise each session, you don’t need to worry about what exercise you’re going to do. You can also have peace of mind knowing that what you’re doing is suitable and effective for you and that you’re doing everything correctly. Our CQT for Me environment is friendly, fun and supportive – we aim to make exercise as enjoyable and fun as possible! All sessions can be adapted to match your fitness level and your individual requirements, so you can feel comfortable and confident about your ability to participate.
